Training and employment

Leadership Plus provides training programs to a range of government (local, state and federal), business, community organisations and individuals.

Our training is delivered with an understanding of the barriers marginalised people can face, and also the challenges organisations can experience when managing diversity.

TRAINING
In supportive, yet challenging environments, we encourage personal responsibility and the development of self leadership. From entry level certificates for building life skills through to high-level accredited training in leadership – skills are built and pathways to employment created.

RMIT/Leadership Plus education and training
In partnership with RMIT, we offer professional development, vocational education and training and higher education options across a wide range of  areas and disciplines – in both award and  non-award programs. Talk to us about developing specially-designed and contextual training depending on your group.

EMPLOYMENT PATHWAYS
People
Our training programs get people job-ready, building confidence and skills. In our leadership program for people with a disability, 40 percent have gone on to employment.
