Eva Sifis was once a professional dancer who performed across Australia and Japan. Then in 1999, her life changed forever when she was hit by a car and sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI).
At this free online event, Eva will share how she rebuilt her life and went on to beat cancer, and how storytelling has helped her and others with ABI.
Eva will be joined by representatives from Your Story Disability Legal Support, Relationships Australia Victoria and Leadership Plus, who will explain how you can access free support to get your story on the record and help Australia become a safer, more inclusive society for people with disability.
This event will include Auslan and live captions. You can join using Zoom or Facebook. For more information and to register, visit the Eventbrite page.
Date and time: Thursday 18 November from 5—6pm AEDT
